&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;回憶的味道總讓人夢迴，曾經多少次以為給我再次遇上，卻一次又一次失望而回。直至，這一次在偶然間靈光一閃，翻開舊有的筆記，隨意地攪拌著手上材料，按著熟悉的方法，竟然給我拾回這遺失已久的味道。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Ingredients：&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Dark Chocolate　185g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Butter                   185g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Egg yolk               2 nos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Egg                        1 no.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Brown sugar        200g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Plain Flour           85g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Cocoa Powder     40g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;White chocolate  50g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Vanilla Essence   1/4 tsp&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Nutmeg                1/4 tsp (optional)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Clove                     1/4 tsp (optional)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Cinnamon             1/4 tsp (optional)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Nuts / Walnut     appropriate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Preparation:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;1) Dice all the chcolate &amp;amp; butter into small cubes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;2) Sieved flour &amp;amp; cocoa poweder, mix with all spices if needed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;3) Chopped nuts &amp;amp; walnut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;) Line a cake tin (10"x7")&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;5) Preheat the oven at 180c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;Method:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;1) Melt the dark chocolate &amp;amp; butter in the saucepan over the simmering saucepan. Stir well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;2) Add the yolks &amp;amp; egg one at time and stir in the brown sugar &amp;amp; vanilla essence.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;3) Fold-in the sieved flour &amp;amp; add the white chocolate &amp;amp; chopped nuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;4) The mixture should be smooth &amp;amp; glossy. Pour into the cake tin &amp;amp; bake at 180c for 35 minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span &lt;/span&gt;Kitchen的興趣班，自從上了果醬班後，今次更帶同好朋友Frederick到來，上了我們第一次舉辦的＂手工意粉班＂。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;小朋友最愛曬滿一枱子麫粉，瀟灑的動作猶如豪邁的大廚子，雖然圍著小小的圍裙，但已經有神氣。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;看著麫粉與雞蛋混合，搓揉成一團，放置上一會。在等待的時候，媽媽與小孩一同埋首弄各式的醬汁。當醬汁漸漸變成杰身，是時候取回麫團，再用製麫機抑或手搓的方式，造出千絲萬縷的麫條，又或者搓成薄衣，幻化成一件件小巧的意大利雲吞。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;一天，接觸了這本書【我們沒瘋，一起回到1900年生活吧！】　拿在手中已經捨不得放下來，看看書背的價錢。噢! 差不多一百元啊! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;表弟總懂得疼我這個吝嗇的表姐，二話不說便買下來給我。他說：『今天股票有斬獲，讓我買給妳作禮物罷！況且這本書好像為妳而寫，今天不買下來，妳一定不會心息的。』&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#666666;"&gt;我這位從小跟我最要好的表弟，現在是我們小屋的總經理，除了廚房外，小屋的大小事務均由他為我辦妥。自從有了他的出現，我的工作可以稍為喘喘氣，並可以開始埋首我的新書寫作。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;醃料：&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;生抽 　　1茶匙&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;老抽 　　2茶匙&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;糖 scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='樂活新生活'/><title type='text'>停下來，為了要走更遠的路!</title><content type='html'>一個突如其來的颱風，給了自己藉口躲懶，幹了很多渴望已久的事情。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) 終於添置了新衣裳，很久很久未試過Shopping的感覺。&lt;br /&gt;2) 看了很多很多的書，內在感到充實起來。看書不為什麼原因，也不為工作，只是飢餓得很吧!&lt;br /&gt;3) 自從成立小屋後，在家的時間實在太少太少了。終於可以好好留待家中，發呆的坐著也感到幸福。&lt;br /&gt;4) 繼續寫小說。兩年前化了一個筆名，在另一處地方寫起小說來，縱使停了接近一年，依然收到很多朋友的支持及鼓勵，所以今天終於鼓起勇氣，繼續筆耕。&lt;br /&gt;5) 焗蛋糕。現在只為客人製作，反而身邊人已很久沒有吃過我親手製作的蛋糕，所以好好趁今天為他弄午，晚餐及焗了一個田園蘋果蛋糕。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;雖然做生意，碰上颱風下雨的日子，確實不爽。不過，前面的路還很長很遠，我絕不可以讓自己累壞；停一停，再抖擻上路吧!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' /&gt;&lt;div&gt;昨天出席了一場商業機構的聯誼活動，因為Yves Kitchen是他們的客戶，故亦在被邀請行列。自從離開以前的工作，這類活動已經甚少出席，而且亦擔心自己適應不來。幸好剛抵步時卻碰見友人，心情稍為輕鬆起來。 &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;活動的主題是聯銷營運，場內出席的除了一些中小企的小老板，當中亦有不少Marketer 或 Corp Comm的主管。身為Marketer或PR的行內人，對於這種活動，往往是認為機不可失，立即四處搭訕及互相交換明片。看著眼前的景象，以往工作的種種回憶彷彿浮到眼前。 &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;我的工作運一直不錯，而且更深受老板的器重。不過創立"Yves Kitchen"確是我畢生的夢想，創業的過程中有高低起跌，可以和自己分享的人確實不多；每當在某個低潮位置時，偶而懷緬過去舒適安逸的職場生活，不過很快思緒又會飄回現實的小屋中，努力計劃前面的道路。所以需要時常提醒自我調整思想及心態的重要性。 &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;看見Theresa的新書名字及最近報導，對這位小妮子多了一份認識及共鳴。或許處女座的特性是比較內向，很多問題只懂獨自去面對。不過有著面對逆境的毅力，我相信難關一定會走過。&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br
